One way to reduce stress :)

 Bloggie i have idea how to reduce some stress..its my way but maybe you can use it :) just sharing to all people..okay..

 Firstly , if you stress try to hear a music i mean a relaxing music like piano only or music that you like its up to you but its better a relaxing music..i suggest yiruma .. his song is so relaxing it's a piano try to hear it you will like it :) but also can hear another song maybe song that you like.. that is a first step :)

 Secondly , exercise .. try to exercise in the evening at the park..it reduce your stress actually i never do this way but i just suggest it based on my observation.. :) but i know it work..but every evening i like to play basket ball it reduce my stress on school home work maybe you should try this way..you can play a game like badminton , tennis , football and all indoor and outdoor games :)

 Thirdly , watch anime yeah! i always did this..everyday i watch anime try to watch anime that you like i suggest beelzebub or fairy tail or maid sama and kaze no stigma this anime the best i ever seen..or you have another anime that you like just watch and one more thing anime that make you laugh when you laugh it reduce your stress or if you want to watch another movie its up to you your choice but i suggest anime :) or drama korean , english , chinese , japan , malaysia or another :)

 i think i should stop here..i'm waiting for your comment on this post..about your opinion in my suggested/way..or you have another way just use it if you think that way make you reduce stress..but please comment on this post cause i want to know this way work or not..bye bloggie good night ! ^_^
